Mixed mushrooms

Pleorutus ostreatus / Lentinula edodes / Pholiota nameko / Boletus edulis

The mushrooms are noted for their richness in proteins of high biological value, they have an important proportion of minerals among which we can highlight phosphorus, iron and potassium; and they are low in sodium.
They are an excellent source of trace elements, where the presence of manganese and zinc stands out.
They stimulate both brain and nervous activity, and are ideal for cases of anaemia.
