Floured sprat

Sprattus sprattus

Blue fish of small size floured and ready to fry.
It is a tasty product, its meat contains low levels of fat, and has a very high nutritional value.
A very good source of omega 3, vitamins A, D, B2, B3 and very diverse minerals such as phosphorus, calcium, magnesium and iron.
It is advisable to fry directly from frozen, in oil preheated to 180º for two minutes.
