After three days of intense activity at the Instituto Ferial de Vigo (IFEVI), and with an attendance of over 26,000 visitors from 110 different countries, Inlet concludes a record-breaking edition of the International Frozen Seafood Exhibition organized by CONXEMAR.
This year, we shared the venue with more than 750 exhibitors, once again enjoying a privileged location where we joined forces with members of the Maruha Nichiro Group, primarily with our colleagues from Seafood Connection from the Netherlands.
Once again, following the success of Conxemar 2022, we were joined by Miguel López, a chef trainer at the CdT de Castelló and the Federación de Hostelería de Valencia, who presented a new gastronomic proposal featuring outstanding products from our stock, allowing clients and suppliers to see creative solutions and cooking alternatives up close.
We concluded the Conxemar Fair with our minds set on the possible challenges that lie ahead for the next edition, which will be held from October 1 to 4, 2024, at IFEVI, coinciding with the 25th anniversary of Conxemar, established as one of the most important events in the sector.
