Focused on continuous improvement, the objective this year was to maintain the qualification obtained in IFS BROKER last year. We know that this qualification generates the trust of our customers and suppliers.
In recent months, the procurement of raw materials and products has become more complicated. Being an IFS BROKER gives us a plus over other competitors. In the annual audit of July 27, we obtained a score of 98.48%, maintaining the Higher Level result obtained last year.
This standard verifies the parties involved and guarantees the appropriate measures for the service offered. Suppliers operate with product quality and safety requirements; and the brokers, agents and importers supervise their compliance that guarantees the legal and contractual specifications.
Also, during the month of October we once again faced and passed the annual review of the ISO 9001 certificate that assesses the company’s quality management system.
